Instructions for Camera Ready Paper (CRP)
Authors of accepted papers must prepare and submit the camera-ready version of their manuscript according to the following detailed checklist. Please ensure strict compliance to avoid delays or rejections in publication.
Final Checklist to Submission:
1.Plagiarism: Firstly, confirm that the plagiarism score is below 20%.
2.Tables and Figures: Next, check that all tables and figures are labeled with clear captions and numbered sequentially.
3.References in Text: Ensure each figure and table is properly referenced in the main text.
4.Title & Authors: Additionally, verify that the title, author names, and affiliations are correctly formatted.
5.Contact Email: Include the corresponding author’s email address before the abstract.
6.Relevance: Make sure the title clearly represents the core content of the paper.
7.Author Order: Present author names and affiliations in the correct order, without using titles such as Professor or Student.
8.No Prefixes: Avoid prefixes like Dr., Mr., or Ms. in the author listing.
9.Writing Quality: Moreover, ensure the paper is well-written, concise, and thoroughly proofread.
10.Citation Format: Follow the Conference Series style for all citations and references.
11.Methodology: Clearly explain the proposed methodology or approach.
12.Structure: Structure your paper in a way that is logical and easy to follow.
13.Image Quality: Also, use high-resolution images and graphs that enhance clarity.
14.Equations: Type all equations using the Equation Editor (do not insert them as images).
15.Reference List: Format the reference list consistently according to standards.
16.No Biographies: Do not include author biographies at the end of the manuscript.
17.Impersonal Style: Avoid using first-person pronouns such as ” I “, ” we “, or ” our ” throughout the text.
18.Acknowledgment Section: Finally, write the Acknowledgment section without mentioning co-authors, institutions, or research centers.
