How to Register ?
To register for ICINCDS 2025, download the official registration form from the Downloads section. Fill in all the required details, including author information, paper ID, and registration category. Make the registration fee payment via internet banking, direct bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Bank account details are available on the website under the payment section. Attach the completed registration form along with the payment receipt or transaction proof. Email all documents to the official conference email address before the deadline. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email and a digital invoice if requested.

The camera-ready paper must be submitted with the following documents as well.
1. The template only includes camera-ready paper (in a Microsoft Office Word file)
2. Filled in an Enrollment form (scanned copy)
3. A scanned copy of the proof that the registration cost was paid via internet banking
4. A report regarding plagiarism (if available)
5. Debit and credit cards can be used to pay the registration fee via this link (foreign authors must use this link to make their payments)

Please make sure that the corresponding paper ID appears in the description in the transaction number or reference number (in case of direct bank transfer).
INVOICE REQUEST:
If you pay for your registration, an invoice will be given to you on-site during the conference. Nevertheless, if the writers require an invoice prior to payment, kindly forward the following information to (Email).
Subject of the email: “Invoice Request”
The relevant author will receive a copy of the invoice in PDF format.

- Paper ID
- Name of the billing author and affiliation
- Billing address (with TAX number, if any)
- E-mail ID
- Title of the paper
- Category of registration (Student/Professional with publication option)
- Invoice amount (Registration fee)
