IMPORTANT SUBMISSION FORMAT

The camera-ready documents in Microsoft Office Word document (.docx) must be sent as soon as possible to the designated submission portal / editorial email address.

The publication office WILL NOT ACCEPT other camera-ready print formats, such as PDF on its own.

Note on LaTeX: If the paper was written in LaTeX, it will still be approved in PDF format as long as the camera-ready paper’s PDF version adheres strictly to the official template specifications and source files are provided upon request.
Mandatory Review

CRP Submission Checklist

Before submitting your final camera-ready manuscript, kindly review and verify each of the following 18 essential checkpoints:

01
Plagiarism Threshold: Ensure that the camera-ready paper has a plagiarism/similarity score of less than 20% (checked using Turnitin / iThenticate).
02
Figure & Table Captions: All figures and tables must have clear, descriptive captions and be numbered appropriately in sequential order.
03
In-Text Citations for Visuals: All figures and tables must be properly cited and referenced throughout the body text. (It is imperative that every figure and table is cited in the narrative.)
04
Title & Affiliation Accuracy: The paper’s title, authors’ names, institutional affiliations, address details, and spacing must all be completely accurate.
05
Corresponding Author Email: Before the abstract, the associated corresponding author’s official institutional email address must be clearly indicated.
06
Title Summarization: The title of the paper must accurately and concisely summarize the core substance and technical focus of the work.
07
Author Sequences & No Titles: Authors’ names and affiliations are listed in the correct sequence. (Do not add personal or job titles such as Lecturer, Professor, Research Scholar, Student, etc.)
08
No Prefixes: Avoid using prefixes such as Dr., Mr., Mrs., Prof., Er., and so on when referring to authors in the author block or text.
09
Writing Quality & Proofreading: Please ensure the paper is well-written, with close attention paid to English grammar, technical syntax, and punctuation.
10
Prescribed Citation Style: The paper’s in-text body references and citations must strictly follow the prescribed proceedings template format.
11
Methodology Elaboration: The proposed approach, algorithm, theoretical formulation, or architectural model must be outlined in comprehensive detail.
12
Strong Organizational Structure: The manuscript must exhibit a clean, logical flow with clear sections: Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
13
High-Resolution Graphics: The publication must include all graphs, diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations in sharp, high-quality resolution (300 DPI minimum).
14
Equation Editor: An official equation editor (such as MS Word Equation Editor or MathType) must be used to type all equations, mathematical notations, and formulas.
15
Strict Reference List Formatting: The bibliography and reference list must follow the exact template style. (This is crucial as improperly formatted references cause major publication delays.)
16
No Author Biographies: Avoid including author biographies, photos, or personal career summaries at the conclusion of the paper.
17
Objective Third-Person Voice: Throughout the paper, refrain from using first-person pronouns such as I, we, us, our. Use objective, academic third-person phrasing.
18
Acknowledgment Guidelines: Do not mention the associated Institute, university centre, or co-authors in the acknowledgment section (reserve acknowledgments for funding agencies or grants).
