Selected papers will be considered for publication through suitable journals and proceedings based on the conference theme, paper quality, and editorial requirements.
Based on the theme of the paper, suitable Scopus-indexed book proceedings may be suggested to the researcher, subject to publisher and editorial approval.

Authors submit the full paper via the conference portal. The editorial team performs an initial plagiarism check and formatting compliance check.
The paper is assigned to 2–3 independent domain experts. They evaluate novelty, methodology, results, and relevance to the conference scope.
Authors receive acceptance, rejection, or revision notification. Revised papers are thoroughly re-verified by the technical committee.
Final Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) must be submitted along with the registration fee payment receipt and signed copyright transfer form.
